New Installation

Automatic Pool Covers New England installs Automatic Pool Cover, Inc. brand systems. They have been manufacturing covers since 2003, using only commercial-grade hardware. All cover systems are built to meet or exceed industry safety standards (ASTM-1346).

Covers can be installed on most new and existing pools, depending on pool specifications. Each cover is custom manufactured in the United States of America. Cover typically require a 2-3 week lead time for fabrication and shipping.

Most automatic pool covers can be installed in two non-consecutive days. The first installation day, or “Pre-Pour Installation,” occurs once the pool shell (gunite, shotcrete) or pool walls (vinyl liner, steel wall) are constructed and secure. The second installation day, or “Post-Pour Installation,” is scheduled once all electrical wiring has been completed for the motor and controller, pool coping has been installed and the pool is full of water.

Undertrack

  • Most common type of automatic pool cover for new pools.
  • Track is installed under pool coping and much less visible.
  • Cover fabric is stored in a recessed, underground vault thus making it completely hidden from view when not in use.
  • Retainer for vinyl liner pools includes a liner receiver channel.
  • • Retainer for vinyl liner pools includes corners in four popular styles: 90-degree, 3” chop, 6” radius, or 24” radius.
  • Installs in two non-consecutive days.
  • Includes 5-year warranty on Cover Fabric, 10-year warranty on Mechanical Components and 3-year warranty on Electrical Components.


Toptrack

  • Most common type of automatic pool cover for existing pools.
  • Track is installed on the surface of the pool deck.
  • Flush Toptrack Retainer is available for a completely flush pool deck finish when not in use.
  • Cover fabric is stored on the surface of the pool deck in a vinyl bench or other custom enclosure. Cover fabric may also be installed in an underground vault. Contact us for details.
  • Most installs are completed in one single visit depending on complexity of enclosure and/or Flush Toptrack Retainer option.
  • Includes 5-year warranty on Cover Fabric, 10-year warranty on Mechanical Components and 3-year warranty on Electrical Components.


Deck-on-Deck

  • Used for some of the more difficult-to-cover swimming pools including free-form pools and unique design features.
  • Track installation depends on the application needs.
  • Cover fabric is stored on the surface of the pool deck or in an underground vault.
  • Installation time varies depending on pool complexity.
  • Includes 5-year warranty on Cover Fabric, 10-year warranty on Mechanical Components and 3-year warranty on Electrical Components.


Replacement Covers

  • Available for all existing manufacturer brands, makes and models.
  • Most installs are completed in one single visit but may vary depending on complexity.
  • APC can retrofit any pool already equipped with an automatic pool cover.
  • Includes 5-year warranty on Cover Fabric, 10-year warranty on Mechanical Components and 3-year warranty on Electrical Components.
